Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and efficient service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly

The Line Cook prepares and plates menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation expectations. This position supports efficient kitchen service while maintaining a clean, safe, professional, and Michelin-level culinary environment.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the dining area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Set up, stock, and maintain an organized assigned station before, during, and after service.
• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items accurately, consistently, and within established ticket-time standards.
• Follow recipes, portion-control procedures, plating specifications, and chef instructions.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, freshness, flavor, temperature, and presentation.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, cleaning, and safe food-handling requirements.
• Keep work areas, equipment, coolers, and storage areas clean, orderly, and properly labeled.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with chefs, servers, and other kitchen team members.
• Assist with inventory rotation, proper storage, prep work, closing duties, and kitchen cleanup.
• Report equipment issues, food-quality concerns, shortages, or safety hazards promptly.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of professional line cook experience required.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, kitchen equipment, and safe knife handling.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely while maintaining consistency under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, cleanliness, and plate presentation.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and work safely around hot surfaces, sharp tools, and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, including hot cooking areas and walk-in coolers.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Starting pay: $15 per hour.
• Increase to $18 per hour after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.
• $500 signing bonus paid following successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.
• Group health, dental, and vision insurance available after the trial period.
